Start training for the 40km, 90km or our new 12km ride

This year’s Revolution Ride is taking place on Sunday, September 24th, 2023, which means you have plenty of time to get in tip top shape for this fun and, at times, challenging ride. 

There are three cycling routes to choose from: 40km, 90km and our new 12km ride. All routes start and finish at the same place.

The routes are designed for riders with good fitness levels; previous cycling experience is an asset. The 12km route is great for youth and beginner level cyclists, while the 40km and 90km routes are ideal for experienced cyclists. A high level of skill and endurance is required for the 90 km route.

We know that when you challenge yourself to do more for people living with ALS, anything is possible.
